"✓ in the log" means it's safely with the studio. Photos appear in the gallery and on the pages after the studio's next pass — usually overnight, never instantly. That's the craft, not a fault.
The lion at the waterhole, the dune at first light, the family on the rim — put the frames that stopped the truck here so they get the big treatment. When it lands we'll ask why this one — one line about what was happening. That line is what makes the page.
Skip the admin — we know the itinerary. Tell us the moment: what happened, how it felt, what you'll still be telling people in ten years. Easiest is to just say it.

Today's photos play as a slideshow, pre-dinner — cast it to the big screen. Videos don't show in the reel; they join the log pages after the overnight edit.

Uploading needs internet. Days without signal in the bush? If you have the Google Drive app, add photos anyway — they queue and send themselves at the next camp with WiFi.
